The Art of Eight Limbs
Muay Thai the traditional way.
Kicks, knees, elbows and the clinch, built on balance and timing. Morning and evening classes every weekday.
Muay Thai is the national sport of Thailand, known as the art of eight limbs. At Sit.Silom we teach it the way it is taught in Thai camps: a lot of time on the fundamentals, coaches who hold pads for you, and steady, technical progress.
Each class blends technique, pad rounds, bag work and conditioning. Beginners and experienced students train in the same room, and every drill scales to your level. Students who want to compete get fight preparation built into regular training.

Muay Thai FAQ
Goodquestions.
Is Muay Thai good for beginners?
Yes. Most of our students started with no experience. Coaches break every technique down and you will never be thrown into hard sparring before you are ready.
Do I have to fight or spar?
No. Sparring and competition are optional. Many students train for fitness, confidence and skill.
What gear do I need?
For your first class, just workout clothes and water. Over time you will want 16 oz gloves, hand wraps and shin guards. We can recommend gear.
