Gi & No-Gi Grappling
Jiu-Jitsu gi & no-gi.
Positions, escapes and submissions every weekday evening. Train in the gi, in a rash guard, or both.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a grappling art built on leverage, position and control. It teaches you to stay calm under pressure and solve problems with technique instead of strength.
Sit.Silom runs BJJ every weekday evening. Gi classes teach the traditional grips and lapel game; no-gi classes in a rash guard and shorts focus on speed, wrestling-style control and leg locks. Pair it with Muay Thai on one membership for complete striking and grappling.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu FAQ
Goodquestions.
Do I need a gi for my first BJJ class?
No. Come to a no-gi class or wear athletic clothes to a gi class and we will help you get set up.
Should I learn BJJ or Muay Thai first?
Either works. Many students train both: the Muay Thai + BJJ plan gives you every class on the schedule for one price.
Is BJJ safe for beginners?
Yes. You tap to stop any technique, and beginners start with controlled positional rounds before live rolling.
